Initially, I doubted the possibility and also felt the need for such a feature to exist. However, I later found out how to get it done. Realizing how important this is, I decided to write this article on how to get the phone number/contact of your last bolt driver to retrieve a lost / forgotten item.
How To Contact Bolt Driver To Recover a Lost / Forgotten Item
Thankfully, Bot made provision. The steps are outlined comprehensively below:
- Lunch your Bolt app
- Tap on the three horizontal line menus on the top left corner of your screen
- Tap on “My Trips”
- Now tap the last trip you had
- Copy the driver’s name and plate number(This will be useful later on)
- Proceed to message Bolt on any of their social media platforms, however, we suggest you reach out to them via Twitter @boltapp_ng

In your message to Bolt, you are expected to let them know you lost something in the Bolt ride and that you wish to reach out to the driver, to retrieve the Item. To speed up the process, you are advised to provide the name of the driver, plate number, and vehicle make, which you got from the Bolt Mobile app.
